I called Eco and they sent Kyle out to diagnose our problem. Kyle was able to quickly isolate the problem to wiring in a recently installed smoke detector. He was able to fix the matter and get us back up and running. I do recommend Eco."

After discussing the broken torsion spring and what it would take to replace it - including me sending pictures, he quoted me a very fair price and said he would be able to come do the repair the next day at 10 AM. Next day at 10 AM, there he was on my doorstep. About 40 minutes later the replacement was complete, including some minor adjustments that were also needed, all included in the original quoted price.
