"Of all the people who came to fix my garage door today your tech, who’s name I didn’t get, was the only one who understood and fixed the problem He fixed it in 20 minutes with a few simple tools. Best service EVER hands down. I’d hire you folks any time."

"It took quite some time to get here to fix my garage door, but to be fair no one else was able to get here. I felt that the repair was too expensive. I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the gentleman they sent out."

"When I went to leave the house in the morning, the garage door opened 1/4 of the way and got stuck. I wasn't entirely sure why but couldn't get the door open or closed. I called Ronen and he was able to come out the same day - he figured out the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes at a reasonable price. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and left me with a working door again. I will definitely use him again if I have any problems with my garage doors."

"I called because our garage door would occasionally jam or reverse direction, and it had not been professionally serviced for a decade. When PJ arrived, he immediately pointed out almost broken and stretched springs, cables and pulleys. Definitely needed service! While the replacement parts were not anticipated, they clearly were needed. Even though two service trips were needed (because of parts availability) and two doors needed service, MDI only charged labor for one service call. Everything works so much better now. I no longer cross my fingers every time I push the OPEN button. Excellent work."

"George did an excellent job of tuning up my garage door.

"It was a great experience. Lior from Astro Locksmith was very responsive, helpful and professional. He even offered to come in advance of our original appointment. Our front door lock was very broken so he really had his work cut out for him. Now the lock works wonderfully and we can use our front door again. He's also a very nice guy and a pleasure to have working in your house."

"the receptionist for the owner was not helpful and seemed to forget things and didn't convey our messages however the owner/installer was very responsive once we let him know that we were not getting good service. The garage door, now fully installed and extremely easy to use is great. We are very happy..
