I worked with 4 companies and Carlos with Air Systems was by far the most professional, informative, knowledgeable and customer focused of any of them. The proposal was detailed and informative which allowed me to know exactly what I was going to have installed. As soon as I selected the units that I wanted installed, I was given an install date ASAP. The crew showed up first thing in the morning with a box truck that had everything that was needed to complete the install. The team that worked on my house was dedicated and determined to get everything I ordered installed in one day. Carlos followed through with me off and on throughout the day to make sure everything was going as planned. The technicians remained with me until the house started cooling off. They assisted me with how everything worked and would not leave until I was 100% satisfied. Again, Air systems is the company to use."

Carrie (sp? sorry) took my call and had me set up and had two techs at my door in less than two hours. The techs, Kyle and Dale were extremely quick in coming up with a price estimate. I don't want to say it was off the charts but.. I had watched the previous tech repair the leak in less than an hour. I went through my records and located the receipt. With a 10% discount, I had paid $270. On this call, A&A quoted me $475 for the same work so unfortunately I did not okay the repair."

We have a water clarification system which we bought from them and they come out every year and do maintenance on it. It is more than just a softener, it's a clarification system as well, it crops out solids and everything. They've got a service tech that's really knowledgeable and knows his business. Their maintenance costs and service calls are not inexpensive but they are no different from anybody else. When they came to install the new part, it took about 20 or 30 minutes."
