"I purchased a new hot water heater last October. I just had my furnace replaced by a different company and they had to remove the new hot water heater. Upon removing it I noticed a huge dent in the back, 13 in x 19 in. Called customer service to discuss this and was told there's nothing they can do. I originally was really happy with the service, quick and efficient. I did not expect a brand new hot water heater nor a check, but I did expect and do expect some sort of compensation. I will edit this review if and when I feel they've made the situation right."

"Bud and his Team did an outstanding job of construction. We did inspections of the work every few days to ensure that everything was going to plan and to our liking. If we say things that we did not like they were addressed that day or the next without a lot of back and forth and explainations as to why something was the way that it was, It was addressed to our standards. We made a few modifications to the plans during the process and the price decreased and that was discussed and was taken off of the final negotiated price of the project. I also liked the fact that we paid during phases of construction and a final payment was agreed upon after we both were satified that everything on the punchlist was satified. They did an excellent job and I look forward to working with them again"

"It went great! He responded quickly to all texts I sent. Over a one-week period he was here to give us a quote and complete the job. He fixed our front door lock and storm door lock and solved the problem of the storm door closing too quickly...whuch may not seem like a big deal, but nobody (even the original storm door installer) could ever fix the problem. He also picked out and installed a shower curtain rod. We've already asked him to come back to do another job for us. I highly recommend Louisville City Handyman!"
