He even fixed an outlet that was turning lights on and off by itself. I was very impressed with his expertise and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing electric work done. "

All Tom Drexler employees are background checked and drug tested for your protection. We are a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. "I purchased a new hot water heater last October. I just had my furnace replaced by a different company and they had to remove the new hot water heater. Upon removing it I noticed a huge dent in the back, 13 in x 19 in. Called customer service to discuss this and was told there's nothing they can do. I originally was really happy with the service, quick and efficient. I did not expect a brand new hot water heater nor a check, but I did expect and do expect some sort of compensation. I will edit this review if and when I feel they've made the situation right."

"Unbeknownst to us, our fuse box caught on fire and we were without any power. Ron and Angela arrived before the time they said they'd arrive. Ron completed the rebuilding of our fuse box in over an hour short of his estimated time of completion. They brought a generator to keep our refrigerator running - we did not loose anything from it . They also brought a battery operated fan which they lent to us for our relief from the 90+°F heat. They were professional and easygoing throughout their stay. Ron knew his way through this problem. I would definitely recommend them for any electrical work you might need."
