"We have been maintenance (once a year check on the A/C and once a year check on the furnace) customers for years spending about $200 a year for that service and have always been happy with the service. Our A/C appointment is normally in August however, knowing it is an older unit I called in May and asked if they would go ahead and come out. I was told there was no need and they would call to schedule in August. Well last night the unit went out. Don’t know if the service appointment would have prevented it or not. Called at 8 AM this morning (Wednesday) and was told they could come out Monday afternoon. I feel like 6 days was a little ridiculous even thought I understand it is hot out and I’m sure they are busy so she took my name and left a message for the service manager. I called back at 11:30 and left a second message. At 2 he finally called me back and while he was apologetic he also told me Monday or I could pay the emergency rate $98 for the first half hour and have them come out late Friday or early Saturday (still 3-4 days away). I am giving them a C because up until now we have been happy with their maintenance (and even recommended them to friend) but I question what is the point of being a maintenance member or “preferred” customer if you can’t get them to come out within a day or two when you need them. Will be looking at one of the other providers that value the loyal customers."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Inspection and cleaning process was as expected.  Recommended replacement of rusted, galvanized chase cover with a stainless steel chase cover and additional storm collar.  (There was no attempt to up-sell me or pressure me on this topic...I already knew that it needed to be replaced.)  DeWayne (technician) was outstanding in every manner...professional in appearance, mannerisms, and performance.  He interacted extremely well with our two young boys and my wife, and he took time to show me key aspects of his inspection both during the inspection and afterwards with photos.  This is clearly a man who takes pride in his work.  Due to my outstanding experience with him and the good interactions I've had with the office so far, I went ahead and requested that the additional work be performed (without even getting a 2nd quote) once the new chase cover comes in.  I would highly recommend DeWayne, and assuming the rest of the All American Chimney Service technicians are anywhere near the quality of DeWayne, it is easy to recommend All American Chimney Service.
