This included the addition of a laundry room and handicapped accessible bathroom as well the relocation/ enlargement of the kitchen and the creation of breakfast nook area to the existing first floor of my home. Shawn helped me visualize various options to the work and often offered suggestions that surpassed my original expectations. He was a very good manager being able to share his knowledge base so his crew could work in a professional and independent manner in his absence. In addition Shawn was very flexible when I asked for job alterations, additional work projects etc. Overall it was a very positive experience working with Caboose Crew Construction."

"Mitch was very communicative via email which was very helpful. The bill was itemized well so no hidden charges - very clear. He was very flexible throughout the project. The work was completed really well with great quality. We were a day behind (due to us not them) and Mitch could of pushed it to get it done that week but instead said 'i'd rather wait and come back and do it properly instead of rushing it through' - he did and it was worth it! Bob was his team mate and the two of them are very friendly and great workmanship! He even added on a couple of unrelated projects to the project for us and let us know costs. Also fixed a gas leak we didn't know we had! They were also very respectful of the property and took shoes off where they could and cleaned up very well after every day and cleaned up all rubbish from the back! I would high recommend them and I am almost annoyed we have no other projects for these guys!"

"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "We highly recommend John and On Call Contracting. We had an emergency situation with our well pump recently in the middle of one of the coldest weekends in January 2021. John answered the call, walking us through troubleshooting and eventually replacing the well pump. A very difficult job that required knowledge & ability in several different trades! This was during a pandemic, in the middle of a freezing cold snap and right before a major snow storm! John is amazing, mindful of safety and provides quality service! "We contacted Steve at Sovereign Construction Services prior to listing our home for sale in order to resolve some issues we identified through a pre-sale home inspection. Due to some settling over time, the deck required some significant  leveling as well as some deck board replacement. Steve and Chris did an amazing job in accomplishing the task using creative thinking and great skill and craftsmanship.  After they were completed the deck looked wonderful and was structurally sound again. <br /> They also did a great job in repairing the wood framing at the base of the front door that had deteriorated over time due to its exposure to the elements. Using new wood and composite materials they were able to completely fix that issue.  <br /> They were also extremely helpful in fixing a few other things we identified around the home, all of which contributed to a successful listing and sale of our home. <br /> Steve and Chris were both great to work with and we would surely hire them again. <br />"
