"I had a great experience with Alamo Garage Doors when I noticed one of my garage door panels had cracked. The technician measured it carefully, ordered the exact replacement, and installed it within a few days. The color match was perfect, and the door looks brand new again. Very happy with their work."

"The repair man did a good job on one of two sensors on the garage door attached to the home. He didn?t even check the opposite sensor which continues to give us a problem."

"Mr.Johns was a polite and very respectful person. He was great at at replacing our garage door motor and making sure everything worked as it should before he left. I would recommend APS garage doors to anyone needing replacement or new installation. We would definitely hire APS again. Thank you"

"Highly Recommend! Wow, what a service provider! From my initial request, I got a call within minutes and arrived onsite within the hour. My garage door was intermittent. Brian, the owner, came quickly. Here's the thing, he fixed everything without any parts, he said: "I like to try and fix it first." After a total repair for a super low price, he could have replaced the operator, and photo eyes, and I would have been happy, but these honest people really try to fix your equipment and save you money. We plan on using Garage Doors Unlimited, AL soon to get a new door. They offer a 5-year warranty, others are only 1 year. They have trucks all around Baldwin County."

"Brett Whitfield was the technician that came out to replace the torsion springs for our garage door. He was very friendly and professional. He replaced the springs in no time and even straightened out the straight bar that connects to the slider for the opener. He lubed up the hinges and rollers for the door. He noticed and mentioned that the bearings for the rollers were pretty much shot; been on since install, over 10 years. I asked if he had any new rollers, he said no but could call office and see if they can get me back on schedule to replace them. Was able to get on schedule for the next day! Would definitely recommend and call Dually Doors again"

"I recently had my garage door repaired and the service was excellent from start to finish. Josh was incredibly professional knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived on time explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly without cutting corners. My garage door now works perfectly. I highly recommend their services and would definitely call Josh again if needed!"

"I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife"

"From the time APS Garage Door showed up at my home. I was very impressed on his punctuality, and courteousness. Vincent showed me different samples in catalogs of different types of doors. I ordered my door and he showed up two weeks later install and installed the door that I wanted and only 2 hours. After the job was completed Vincent cleaned my garage and went over the door with me and explained everything he did. I would highly recommend him if you need a garage door or repairs done."
