"It went great. We thought we needed a new garage door and motor, and were getting estimates from several companies. The first company gave us a very high estimate. Then Jason from Trinity came out. He told us that we didn't even need a new garage door, that it was in very good condition. He told us with some replacement parts it would be like new. He was very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. We didn't even bother getting another estimate because we could tell Jason knew what he was doing and gave us a very fair estimate for all the work that had to be done. He was able to come out within a few days, and did all the work perfectly. He came on spot with the estimate. We are very grateful that Jason was so honest and skilled. He saved us over $1000. I would highly recommend this company."

"The Banko technician (Rod/Rob? sorry, can't remember name) showed up and promptly replaced cables, adjusted spring tension, straightened tracks, greased threaded opener rod, and informed me everything else was fine. In and out in less than an hour, for a lot less than I expected. He was courteous and professional (not like another company I used several years ago that told me I needed to replace all door hardware (rollers/rails), or he said everything would fail within months. The other company also told me to use silicone spray on the opener rod instead of grease, which made a mess of everything, and didn't work well). The Banko tech also let me know about options to strengthen the door for future hurricanes, and how to properly grease the opener rod and check for spring tension. Very impressed, and I will be calling Banko for all future work."
