He had the job completed in about 30 minutes. I appreciate the quick response and quality work. He showed me the broken parts and the inside of the door and how he was completing the job. "The sliding door to the balcony facing the gulf at a beach condo would not budge.  I suspected the rollers were flat and needed replacement.  We called Steve Monday.  He was able to work us in on Wednesday in advance of the 4th of July long weekend.  He was here exactly as scheduled at 8:30 am.  He inspected the door and found that it had come off the track.  He simply placed it back on track and it worked fine.  He could have suggested replaced the rollers (to make some more money while he was here, having scheduled his time in anticipation of doing so), but didn't do it.  He worked on the locks on both doors to get them functioning and retracked the screen doors.  He told us when we called on Monday that the trip fee was $80, plus labor and materials.  Having done all he did, he only charged the trip fee + $10 for labor.  Steve surpassed our expectations with his courtesy, professionalism and honesty. <br />"
