"It went well, they got the job done in one day, which considering that they had to take out the folding stairs unit out in order to get the old unit out of the attic, was quite an effort."

"Tuck&Howell technicians responded quickly to my call about a non-working home AC. The technician diagnosed a blown compressor and since our system was 20 years old recommended AC replacement. We researched and decided to replace both the AC and gas furnace to maximize efficiency. The system was diagnosed on Monday, parts ordered by Wednesday, and new system installed Friday morning - just ahead of a heat wave. (We are priority plus plan members at Tuck&Howell and that may have given us some priority - I recommend their priority plus plan service as well, which we've had for some 15 years or so.) The installation went smoothly and the new system is working great. Be sure to ask for a new thermostat, if needed, when you get a new system installed since it may or may not be included by default. We asked and it was provided. Our unit was a Carrier 3-ton, 14-seer unit with AC and gas furnace."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Three (3) service calls. 1st was for electrical inspection and troubleshooting some dead plugs. I was not as happy with them this time around. I didn't feel that the inspection was thorough and when they left, I still had some electical plug problems. But, they did fix some of the prblems and only charged me the trip charge ($180.00) which seem somewhat steep just to come out and give an estimate, or in my case, found a couple of GFI plugs needed to be reset. They did that but didn't go in the attic to check the basic wiring. I was not convinced that all of our electrical issues were addressed in this visit. 2nd visit, had a pipe burst in the attic due to poor insulation and extreme cold weather. They quickly and efficiently fixed the broken pipe and told me of damage in the attic that needed repair and that I needed to insulate the pipes near the roof better to avoid a repeat. In this case, I think the price was fair for the job. They came quickly and fixed the leak so that we could restore water service to the home. 3rd trip. Bless their hearts. Second pipe burst in attic just days from the first freeze. They quickly and professionally fixed this leak and did not charge me extra since it was related to the same weather conditions and the fact that two ladies on social security could not handle any more expense. I think they felt sorry for us because we also had multiple trees down due to the snow storm and it was a lot of stuff to have to fix at one time. I appreciated their professionalism, fairness and courtesy. They really came through in a mess!"

"Awesome job!!! I called several HVAC companies before contacting Cody. Cody explained all the technical aspects of my issue and even defined the technical terms I didn’t know on the initial call. Not only did he help me understand my problem more clearer and help guide me down the various routes I could take to remedy them, he quoted me almost 50% lower than most companies. After agreeing to the service, he was able to perform the service the following day to restore my AC. Upon arrival with his crew, I asked him how long did he think it would take. He said an hour. It took 1 hour for him to install my new AC. After a week of guys trying to rip me off, Cody and his crew reconfirmed my faith in honest service. I absolutely would use them again and would refer them to anyone needing any kind of service. Excellent service. Very professional. More than anything, HONEST!!! A++ if I could rate it. They should be the ones you call if you need HVAC work!!!"

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."
