Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. "Our experience was great from beginning to end. Tim spend a lot of time explaining our choices, and there was no pressure to buy quickly. We had another company out too. The windows were done earlier than expected, but with covid-19 in our lives, we asked to postpone installment for a month. Debbie was completely fine with that. On our appointment day, Robert called to apologize that he was running a little late and would call when he was on his way-which he did. When he arrived, he asked if he could block our mailbox long enough to unload everything and if it was ok to park across the street. At our request, he wore a mask while in the same room as we were. He was very careful to cover our floors and other items to protect them, and took off his shoes when on our carpet. Throughout the day, he was polite, professional, and very hard working. He cleaned up inside and out before leaving. The next morning, we had a question, so we called to ask Debbie. Within an hour Robert called us to answer our question, and soon a second call from Travis followed to make sure we had our answer. We have been very impressed with Taylors. The windows are so much better than what we had, with a great warranty, and 1/3 the cost of the other company! We highly recommend Taylors."

"The quality of the work performed was excellent. We had our existing porch screened in with additional lighting added, added an extension our patio to include a fire pit, and had 2 new lighting fixtures installed in our kitchen. All the services were completed in a timely manner and correctly without rework. The project was completed within budget. "Absolutely criminal…he charged us a large amount of money to replace a deck, and over the course of 4 weeks his crew deconstructed and then tried to reconstruct our deck THREE times, each time failing to do it correctly. He used mismatched materials and his crew has obviously never built a deck before, though he claimed they had built “more than 30”. Stay away at all costs! Now we are having to hire a professional company to completely start over from scratch with all new material, and the project is costing us almost triple what it should have."
