"I'll start this review by saying that to me, the "end result" is what counts most.  And Neale and his company produced exactly the custom look security fence I had envisioned.  This was a bit of an unusual request, because even though many people have iron bars welded over their A/C units for security, I needed two large, expensive (side by side) heat pumps protected.  Also, I felt a "security fence" would look better than just metal bars.  So here was my experience: After 1st calling and getting leaving a message with an assistant, it did take a few days but Neale called me back to set up an appointment to give an estimate.  He arrived right on time, took a look at the situation, and after a few minutes of brainstorming we were on exactly the same page in terms of design - and I liked how he sketched it out.  I also felt his quote was very reasonable (his was the 3rd estimate I had gotten).  And I don't know, there was just something about Neale, I could tell he had a *passion* for security fencing and "keeping crooks out" so to speak.  After getting my estimate in writing via email later that day, I put down my (1/3) deposit.  About a week later, after fabricating much of the fence in his shop, Neale and his team arrived and got to work fast.  I took them 2 days total, which was fine (day #1 they installed the fence posts and the concrete needed to set overnight).  Day# was most of the assembly,  welding and the paint job. Now, about 2 weeks later, I am extremely happy with the final result.  Very secure, and very sharp looking!  Even the gloss black paint job is very nice.  My neighbors have made several admiring comments over the past week also.  The only thing I could fault, if anything, would be if speed - is critical too you.Baltimore Wrought does seem like a busy company so don't be surprised if there is a week or so delay / backlog.  Also, they do prefer cash payment vs credit card.  (I did my deposit on credit card and paid the final 2/3 cash).  But  these minimal factors were not a big deal for me, because *high quality* work and to a lesser extent, total price, were all I really cared about - and these guys definitely delivered on both!

"Mark's Lawn and Landscaping did a beautiful job removing and old settled concrete walkway from the front of our house and installed a beautiful new paver walkway. They were prompt, showed up on the appointment date on schedule, and completed the job ahead of their original estimate. We are extremely happy with the new walkway and work that Mark and his crew performed, at a very reasonable price. We'll definitely call on Mark's again when it comes time to re-do our back patio."

"We are having a fence put up along our property lines and needed several shrubs and small trees cleared out. I called Freestate on Friday, the 25th and was able to set up an estimate for the following Sunday morning. Ben showed up on time, gave an estimate and confirmed they would be able to get me on the schedule for that week.
He promised to follow up with me right away to confirm the details. I received a voicemail later in the day confirming that we were on the schedule for the following day! We had a couple emails back and forth and received extremely fast responses each time.
As promised, the crew came out on Monday and removed everything. They did a great job clearing everything out without leaving any debris. The stumps were also ground out and my lot looks like there were never any shrubs/ trees planted in that location.
We had a great experience from the first phone call through the completion of the job and would recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

My experience with Myriad LLC Handyman Services & Home Improvement Services was extremely positive from beginning to end.  I needed someone to install a basic lantern style chandelier and didn't trust myself to do it so gave them a call.  The appointment person I spoke to on the phone really took an extra effort to find an appointment that worked best for me and my work schedule.  On the day of the appointment I got an extra bonus that the customer ahead of me cancelled their appointment so I was actually able to get an electrician to my house 2 hours earlier which was great.  The electrician that worked on my project was friendly, courteous and finished the job in about one hour.  He didn't just come in and install the chandelier he actually took the time to ask me if this is the desired height I wanted it to hang from the ceiling, etc. and took my needs into consideration.  Upon completion he cleaned up the area and even helped push the dining table and chairs back into place.

I would highly recommend this company to everyone and do intend on using them again to install additional light fixtures as I renovated my house.

"This didn’t turn out as good as I was expecting. Basically when you purchase the contract you have to be your own foreman and superintendent and quality control. They scheduled it around time we weren’t able to be home so we probably didn’t get as much labor as we should have. They were going to charge me $370 for 8 hours additional labor which I didn’t agree with."
