"This was the second time I hired Charlie's team to install surveillance cameras in my home. The first time was my initial install and the second time I needed additional cameras added. Charlie sent two of his best engineers to perform the install. At the time we were social distancing, and both engineers wore masks and were diligent about their safety and mine. They minimized drywall damage (the second visit there wasn't any) and worked with me to angle the camera for best coverage. "Mike from ACS was great. He installed the Dragon Fly screen for my media room, reprogrammed the home theatre equipment, installed the projector for ultimate viewing. He spent time after installation to make sure all of the equipment was performing accurately and followed up to see if we were enjoying the media room. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."
