Danny was always very knowledgeable about the best course of action to take to ensure lasting results. Due to the hidden nature of this additional work scope, the cost of the overall project was much higher than the original estimate, but their pricing was fair. One special note: Danny took frequent videos of his work progress and any issues that he ran into. I found these hugely helpful and appreciated this extra effort!"

"Eric offered to start work, at a good price, when he had an opening in his schedule. It worked out perfectly for us, because he was able to start work right at the time we were ready as well. He was on time for each segment of the remodel process, which was four of five visits for his part. He removed all the old cabinets in the kitchenette and took up the vinyl floor in the bathroom, then installed our beautiful slate floor on the first day. He also hauled off all the debris. On the next day he returned and grouted the floor and installed a new toilet, added an outlet and repaired drywall. The toilet developed a very slow drip around the tank and after I called, he returned the next day to correct the problem. Several weeks passed before he could install the backsplash because cabinets had to be delivered and installed by another contractor. Then granite had to be cut and installed by yet another contractor. Eric was able to return soon after all that and finished the backsplash was up in two back to back visits. I must add, Eric was easy to work with and listened to what we wanted. The work he did is beautiful. He was always on time, clean, friendly and pleasant. I feel he is someone that can be trusted with you home and remodeling projects."
