"I noticed that the plumbing in one of my bathrooms was backing up and called Glenn Tatum. They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was  finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them.

They installed the entire system in approx. 2 hours and went over all operation instructions and what to expect with the new softener. "After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"Joesph Grimaldi Plumbing was very good. I'd recommend him to anybody. I got them from Angie's List and he is excellent. He's courteous, did an excellent job and very clean. If I have a need for a plumber again, he's the one. They need to hire him, they couldn't get a better plumber. I'd recommend him highly and he;s going to be my plumber from now on. He put a new thing in the toilet tank that lets the water in and then when you pull a chain, the water goes out and it refills again, he had to replace that. He's not only very knowledgeable and good but he's clean as could be. From 1-10, he's 10. He came in the afternoon because he had a job in the morning but as soon as he's finished he came. I called him in the morning, he answered the phone and he said, I have a previous job this morning and when I finish, I'll call you and come, that's exactly what he did. When he said he was coming he came. I recommended him to neighbors. Most of the workman here are rip-off people but he is different. He is compassionate, he was everything. His price is excellent."

"I received an estimate from Thomas to find and repair all my irrigation, (which was not working and some not visible), install a new control unit, and overhaul my existing landscaping. His brother Chris took over the job later than planned, and installed plastic edging, some new plants and pine bark to my existing landscaping and repaired and eventually found all my irrigation and repaired it. There were some issues and it was a rather tedious process. I was over promised and they under delivered as I paid for what was quoted to actually do more work, yet I told them they didn't have to do edging and pine bark down to my barn but still paid the whole amount because they replaced a lot of heads on my irrigation. There was poor communication from the start and I felt as if there were some issues within the company that were causing big conflicts with the job. I tried very hard to be understanding and in the end even wrote them a check for an extra $200. They started the work on Feb. 18th and finished the work March 21st. Whatever issues the company is going through in the end I am still the customer and I hired them according the the bid I received for the work I was told would be done. I am now satisfied with the work, and throughout the whole ordeal the workers were always nice and polite. I just wish it wouldn?t have taken over a month to get it right. From reading all the reviews prior to hiring them, it seems as if this job was exceptionally troublesome for them but it?s all done now, and in the end I am happy they came back and corrected all the issues."
