"We were so happy to have Sullivan Super Service (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling) come today to repair our central air conditioning unit and to service our HVAC system. Sullivan's technician, Bob Anderson, was polite, professional and experienced. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and counsel. Our AC has been out for a few days in a current hot spell, and Sullivan was the only company that contacted us. They proved the old saying that in winning, half of the battle is just in showing up and being there. We were not Sullivan customers before, but we are now! Sullivan's service was SUPER!"

"Keith, came out was on time professional and provided a quote. Ordered parts and was back within the week to install. Work was done fast and efficiently."

"The Waterbrothers are awesome at what they do from communication to pricing and expectations. They came through on everything. I highly recommend using the Waterbrothers. We had a broken sewer line and they came out and diagnosed excavated and replaced the line in a matter of days. I will never call another plumbing company and highly recommend you do the same."

"Gary responded immediately to our need for a new gas service line to be installed. He and his crew completed the work promptly and the gas company was able to come out that very evening and re-start our service. Gary was very attentive to our situation and helpful in answering our questions. Quality work! I would highly recommend him!"

The problem with most "pros"? Too many bad habits.\nIt's easy to get swept away in the day to day monotony, even for those that call themselves "pros". When it comes to hiring a heating and cooling technician, nobody wants to deal with being treated like a sale rather than a person, the use of scare tactics instead of education, or someone who just wants to get to job done quickly instead of correctly. \nAll our HVAC pros go through 5 years of HVAC schooling, for a total of 10,000 hours of on-the-job training. And it's not just technical training either; it's training that focuses on you, on making you feel comfortable every step of the way. We will roll out the red carpet for you, both figuratively and literally.\nRed Carpet Treatment\nDuring every visit to a home, we lay out an actual red carpet to prevent any additional mess. But what may be even more important than just protecting your home is making sure you feel like you've received the best in customer service.

"Previous homeowner left us with a mess and we needed new gas lines installed in our house. Gary did an awesome job on everything. He explained why certain things couldn’t be repaired, installed all new properly rated pipe, and rerouted everything so that it was more efficient and it looks clean and tidy. Highly recommend"

"Exceptional 5-star service! The plumber arrived right on time, was extremely polite, and diagnosed the issue immediately. They explained everything clearly before starting, worked efficiently, and left the work area completely spotless. It’s rare to find this combination of quality craftsmanship, honesty, and fair pricing. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. "We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"Well. Naz responded quickly to our request. It started out as a water tank replacement, but due to the smell of gas in front of our home when exploring a place to vent the new water tank, we had to have the gas turned off. An inconvenience in July, a real issue in the middle of January! Naz got the new lines in to our water heater and furnace right after the gas company sleeved the existing line and returned our service. He came back the following week to finish running the remaining lines for the gas dryer and stove."
