They explained the process without adding jargon or trying to sell me on the services that I didn't need. The overall cost was extremely reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. They are one of the few contractors I found that did not mind if I had my own garage door openers rather than having to purchase theirs. I found them on Angie's List and highly recommend them to other members. I had two poorly functioning wooden garage doors replaced and two new garage door openers installed. Total cost (not including the openers I already had) was $2,600. It was not the cheapest bid, but it was far from the most expensive and I could not ask for better with the office staff or quality of work."

"I requested a quote from Annapolis Garage Doors for installation of a new opener and servicing for two doors. George got back to me right away -- calling me the next day. After texting him door measurements and a few pictures of the work to be done, George gave me an instant (and accurate) quote. A few days later, his team showed up after letting me know that day that they were running an hour behind. The delay didn't bother me, and I appreciated their prompt communication. Once they showed up, they went right to work, installing one new opener and servicing both doors (new springs on one door) -- finishing in about 1 hour. They showed me how everything worked, answered all my questions, and programmed the new keypad. A great experience from start to finish. We'll be using them again when it's time to replace the other opener."

"Garage door is great. Work on modifying the trim was hacked up, removed siding once installed it was not sealed. He was supposed to come back to put the drywall up and it was over a week and no call. Left sawdust in the garage, driveway, left hardware in the driveway and worst of all he left cigarette butts in my yard. Would not recommend to anyone. Do not want him back at my house."

"I've used them and got the work done. I have already paid for it, but I haven't seen the final product. It's not in my own house, it's in my rental property. They are very courteous. When I contacted them they responded right away. When they make an appointment, they show up on time. I got 3 quotes and they were the lowest and they provided full package. Another company that I found on Angie's List did only the doors and not the frames. They were reasonable. They were very responsive. I called them and they called back right away. They always tried to make it as early as possible when I asked stuff. They were very professional. I would use them again in the future if need be. I told that if I need work on another property, I may call them back. <br /> <br /> I went to see the doors after Angies' rep called me(the paragraph above). Oh my, they did an awesome job! The garage was transformed from a a haunted house to 2011 look. The garage also has a side door(broken and old). They helped me to remove it and boarded it up.
