"Unfortunately, he was trying to hang up one of my mirrors and he scratched it in two places. He is supposed to replace the mirror at this point, but his overall service was fine. I don't know, it happens. It wasn't intentional. I am not angry or anything, but it's just that I have to replace a mirror. He took his time with the other things that I needed done.
