He came well prepared having all the necessary tools and equipment for all tasks.  Having one person who could in one visit take care of problems involving carpentry, plumbing and electrical is a real plus, both for saving on time and money.  I also discovered there are other services that he could provide such as painting, and I would not hesitate to use him for this in the future.  His charges at the end of the work were actually less that I expected for the time spent and work completed.  The whole experience was totally positive.
