"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Had a pergola added to back porch. We have fans, lighting and a place we can put a TV outside. Also had an area made for the grill to be placed so you can cook on any kind of weather. Great work. Highly recommend."

"They were more than I ask for. I did a VA refi, and the huge Double Deck in the back needed replacing. They did not insist on a deposit, and was understanding of my situation. They were Vet friendly, gave me a veteran discount without me expecting it, because I had agreed to the price already. The workers were very professional and conscientious. Having worked in the field some as a young man, I knew a little about it . They were good, very efficient and they knew what they were doing.They focus on strength and safety, how they lock the Conors. They hand pick their material and completed the job as promised. They removed all old material, cleaned the area, and waited a few weeks to be paid because of a mix-up. Everyone who sees the Deck says how nice it looks. The VA appraiser, who had to inspect the construction, asked me for their contact information, for his home. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.
