He pointed out that I really only needed a repair of three windows rather than total replacement. Quoted a reasonable price, took the deposit, came back and did the job within the specified time, and also spotted another problem with caulking that, while he wasn't able to fix, I will get done. If I get to the point that I do need full window replacement, I will call them. And NOT anyone else, here or anywhere."
