"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"Basement stairs were coming loose from the landing. Lemar re-attached stairs to landing even more securely than they were originally and he installed new vinyl plank flooring on the landing as I requested. He also cleaned up, sanded and re-painted threshold outside of the door, as I requested. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner and the work looks very good. Will have Lemar back for more work in the future."

"We highly recommend JA Drywall. They are the best contractors we have used in the South Jersey area! We used them for a large job to frame, drywall, spackle and trim the attic plus fit doors for storage spaces. They were response to our request for a quote, provided a clear break-down so we had full transparency of the costs and could select the amount of work we wanted to do at this time. Juan and Isaias were very friendly but professional. Isaias was onsite through the framing, drywall, trim work and door installation. Juan checked in with us regularly and visited to check the progress and quality of the work. They are extremely customer focussed and wanted to ensure we were happy at every stage of the work. They took a lot of care and went above and beyond to protect the wood floors and walls from damage when they had to bring the drywall through the house to the attic. During the job they were very tidy and cleaned up before they left every evening. "We had such a great experience. Overall it took about a week and we are so happy with the finished product. Our 2 story foyer, kitchen and family room were all painted 1 color. Beadboard was installed in our daughters' bathroom. It was then painted white and the walls painted blue. Joe and team did a great job; they were very professional and quality was exceptional. We plan to use him again in the future.
