"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. "We moved into our new home with a well 5 years ago.  No one had lived in it for several years.  The existing system had never been used.  (After the house was built it went into foreclosure - we had a several year old, brand new house as no one lived in it). So, the existing well/water system was brand new, unused but had also been neglected as it just sat there.  We had no idea what to do, was the system worth keeping? do we start completely over with a new one? The water that came out of our faucets smelled horrible, so we knew something needed to be done.  After trying to figure out things on our own, calling around and speaking to companies who wanted to replace the whole thing, we got Steve's number from a neighbor (we are each on 1 acre w/ well water and septic) and he took all the worries away.  He serviced what we had, made some recommendations that were very wise, added a tank and some other items for a fraction of the cost of what everyone else recommended.  Besides a few maintenace type repairs over the years (which are always completed in an extremely prompt, fairly priced fashion), everything runs great.  The company also now does monthly maintenance for the chlorine/saline (I really don't know what it is) and keeps things running smoothly.  I don't even have to think about it - our water is wonderful, smells great, taste great.
