"I had a manual garage door and wanted an opener installed. I didn't know if my existing garage door could be used or if I needed a new door. I submitted the estimate request through Angi. Pro doors was quick to call me to discuss what I wanted and to schedule a time to look at my door. There scheduling was great with appointment reminders and they were good to call of they were running behind. I met with the owner and he assured me an opener would work with my existing door. I talked about wanting a wifi enabled opener which is not something they carry. The owner checked the local stores and they did have a wifi chamberlain model in stock which he offered to get and install for me. This was very nice. We agreed he would install the next day. They install went great only taking a few hours. I was very happy with the cost and quality of the install."

"The job was only fair. While the area was cleaned it was not thoroughly done. Bleach was left on the walkways to "bleach & kill mold". I live in a neighborhood where people are always walking their dogs & kids & I DO NOT want them walking in bleach or us tracking it into the house, so I went out & washed it down and to mitigate the strong smell. While I appreciated the tx that they were going to be late, they were 2.5hrs later than scheduled. They also broke my plant by the front door and said nothing & flooded a bunch of mud over onto my neighbors sidewalk. Having had other companies do this same job, I know how well it CAN be done. Would not have them back."
