"Arrived timely within the 2-hour window. Had to cut the concrete wall to get to the leaking pipe. They do not fix the wall, nor did the technician have a recommendation to do this. Did fix the pipe leak but due to old pipes, ended up having to vent to outside (instead of to the roof). Would recommend this company for prompt friendly response. But knowing outside wall and old pipe, think I might should have gotten a second opinion to see other option for venting and walls."

Everything was left clean and tidy. If I ever needed a plumber or air conditioner again, would I hire them and/or recommend Dial to others, you bet! On a scale of 1-10 with 10 the best, I would score them a 12!"
