After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. Manny did a great job of explaining how to monitor the pool to confirm that the leaking had been fixed. He gave me his card and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could call him back. In January I found out that my Wind Storm coverage would be dropped unless I installed a new flat roof on my back porch by April 1. I researched on Angie’s List, Yelp, etc. and found several companies that were highly recommended, including Total Home Roofing. They sent out extra workers to speed up the install and worked diligently with my local inspectors to make sure they signed off on each day’s work so they could proceed to the next step. In the end Total Home met these deadlines, the inspectors came out and approved on time, and my Wind Storm policy was renewed. I had a great experience with Total Home Roofing, from my first phone call to the final interactions with local inspectors, all while Florida was under incredible stress from the beginning of the Coronavirus outbreak.
