The price, I thought, compared to my two other neighbors, who also recently purchased new systems, was even lower than I thought it going to be. In fact, my neighbors paid more (by thousands) and have a smaller square footage footprint than my house. We've had the unit now for over a month, and so far, it's great. It is a one-zone system, yet the upstairs will only vary by one or two degrees. This is much better than the old unit. We're hoping this small variance in temperature will also apply when the AC is on in the summer. The installers were very professional, arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use TriState again, and will rely on them whenever I need service."
