"I cannot begin to tell you how grateful and impressed I am with D.P. Plumbing Co. They arrived at the time stated and were very professional and personable. I had been without water for a month and they helped me with all the various issues that I had with my pipes and water pressure. They also had to install a new garbage disposal because debris had fallen in it. I would highly recommend D.P. Plumbing Co for any plumbing needs. I hope to work with them again in the future."

"They came to look at our original water heater and I told them before they started that we thought it could be electrical, but he insisted that it might not be, so they installed a new water heater. Come to find out, it was electrical like we originally thought. He should have traced the issue before he went in and installed the new heater. UPDATE (08/13/2015): I think it was more of a misunderstanding of how much electrical work he is able to do vs. what needed to be done. He is not an electrician. Once we spoke we were able to get a much better understanding of the issue."

"John and his team were very professional. On time, trustworthy, good with following up with project timelines and issues. They are very good with drywall and texturing repairs as well."

"Very well, as usual. Have used this company numerous times and have always had good results."

"I have used Plumb Right before and I will continue to use this company. My appointment was scheduled quickly and Frank arrived on time and the work was completed in a timely manner. Frank is always professional and gave me the price before the work was started. I am very happy with the completed repairs and the fair price. Thank you, again."

"Went very well on a pretty extensive reconfiguration of natural gas service. They were very responsive submitted a reasonable quote and performed the work very well and on time despite some challenges. Glad to find them and will definitely use for plumbing needs in the future."

"

I called their office around 1pm today because I noticed that my water heater was badly corroded and leaking into the safety pan. I chose them because they had good yelp reviews compared to some other companies that do more marketing. The young woman Morgan, that took my call was very professional and told me that someone could come out between 2-5pm. I also called another company, Texas Master Plumber, to get a quote because they were rated highly on Angie's List. Of course, they both show up with 15 mins of each other. Initially, TMP shows up to the wrong house and their secretary calls me to ask why I'm not there. I walk outside and see them halfway down the block. TMP winds up giving me a quote that is $200 more for a less reputable brand water heater than Smart Choice Plumbers. I was also very impressed they wore shoe covers out of respect for my floors and were able to install it the same day. From the time I made the first call to the time they left after completing the installation, it was 4 hours. That is very impressive!! The installation was installed up to the latest plumbing codes and I could tell Carlos was very knowledgeable. It is obvious he enjoys what he does based on his very professional like workmanship.
