"My wife and I had gotten 3 estimates for entry door replacement before calling Preferred. Not only did Preferred beat the other 3 company's estimates by HUNDREDS of dollars, their master carpenter, Chris, also went above and beyond his duty and replaced the aged, worn out trim on the walls surrounding the door! The other 3 companys stated they would not replace the trim around the door and that would require an additional appointment for an estimate. They also had the door installed within a week of my deposit! I am very satisfied with their service and Chris was very pleasant. We definitely will be calling again soon!"

I felt the Window Nation Team tried very hard after the initial setbacks. Coordination Team and Installers were very professional, timely and friendly. "The gentleman who did the original estimate was very personable and honest with what was to be done. He is good at what he does, and is an asset to Window World. The owner, Bill, then came out to finalize the estimate, and was able to save me more money by narrowing down what was to be actually accomplished. The two installers that came to do the job were very courteous, and apparently had a lot of experience doing window replacements. I was told they would be done by the end of the work day. They showed up at around 9:30 in the morning, and to my surprise, were finished by about 12:30. They made the installation look like a piece of cake. They did a very nice job finishing the inside framing the way I wanted it, and the outside looked very good as well. I am very happy with the job they did, and would certainly hire Window World again."

"Was great from start to finish. Dan the sales rep was on time, honest, personable and caring about our budget. Installation day the installers arrived on time calling to let us know they were on their way. The living room window was a concave bow which other companies said "OH" to and scratched their heads! The installers, Scott, Brent and Dan were awesome! The dining room window was out and in quickly and easily. The living room window took them 6 hours to install and complete the trim work but we are so satisfied with it that we are just amazed at how well it turned out. Because of the year the house was built (1953) the crew closed off the area and tested for lead paint which we found out later we had on the living room sill which was really good to know! After the job was completed they cleaned up well and had everything back to the way it was before they arrived. Had one problem with customer service after with ill fitting screens where they "passed the buck" back to our sales rep and he took care of our concerns by arranging someone to come out on 7/26/17 with new screens so we'll see how that goes since I have read that I am not the only one that was not totally satisfied with Pella Customer Service! Too bad that one part of this entire project became frustrating since up to that point we were beyond happy with everyone and everything. Would certainly recommend the company, installers and workmanship. Even the village inspector was impressed with the job that was performed!"
