"The technician investigated the problem. After cutting a hole in my ceiling and finding out the leak is coming from the condensation from the A/C duct work. It took him about 20 mins to investigate the issue. Now I have to repair my ceiling which I understand the plumber is not reasonable for the large hole In my ceiling now. I'm glad the technician recognized the issue. I paid for the coupon voucher for $200 worth of plumbing for $150. That's all I could get with my voucher. I asked if I can get an faucet installed in my bathroom. The price was unbelievable."

I decided on 7/22 to get one of the options and told Chad.  He scheduled me same day, which was a pleasant surprise. 
The team arrived about 10 and were fully completed around 3.  The installation went well, they cleaned up fully and we'd never know they were there.    The new system is great.
