I had to reschedule by a couple of days and fortunately the man who did the work was excellent! Sam was friendly and personable. It turned out that we needed not only the wax ring replaced but the floor bolts too. Sam replaced the flexible water line and the valve inside the tank. He said he always uses two rings for added protection and said the bolts were not put on right by the previous company I used. And the water line was a part that he likes to replace just to make sure all is right. And the amount charged was unbelievably fair. I will use Complete Comfort from now on for any HVAC or plumbing needs in the future."

"It went very well.  I only have a couple of "complaints" although they are not anything that would prevent me from doing business with JCS again.  I was expecting the owner, who I had dealt with in the "estimation" process, to be there to do the actual work.  However, the day of, he ended up sending two other workers (subs) to do the work because they had more experience with gas lines.  This was actually welcomed, I would much rather have experience with the work over familiarity with the project itself.  The workers who showed up were more than competent and friendly.  My second complaint is that when they were done with work they left a number of minor things unfinished that I had to complete myself...namely cleanup after the work (muddy boot prints on carpet and hardwood floors and sawdust) and trash in the crawl space.  They also had to borrow one of my drills to complete the work easier.  They had their own tools, and they would have been able complete the work without my drill, but it made their work much easier.
