"Replaced and removed collapsing wood privacy fence, installed new chain link with double gate"

"We have used Justin with Elite Exteriors twice. They painted our home and installed new porch columns in November-December 2025, and most recently completed a privacy fence. The fence turned out great-straight, exactly what we asked for, and the craftsmanship is solid. Justin is knowledgeable and kind. That said, the experience was frustrating due to poor communication and scheduling. Cleanup that was included in the contract was delayed, and I was not given timely updates-even after reaching out. Reliable communication is just as important as quality work, and that piece needs improvement. I would consider using them again if communication improves."

"Very well done. Would do whatever needed doing. Went over and beyond my expectations"

"Positive experience with this company. They showed up on time and did the work as promised. They even took time to go over some ideas that I had for future projects. Will definitely use again in the future."

"It was a great service. They were very kind, patient and make sure that we were satisfied with the service."

"From initial communication to quotes, and even communicating with my insurance company everything was very smooth. I intend on hiring them for further work in my home."
