"I asked Lee for a quote for 2 alternative solutions to install a surround sound and hang TV on the wall, with the goal of removing the components and the TV stand/media center from the leaving room. Lee came up with a much more creative idea to achieve my goal that wan't more extensive than what I asked him to do. Lee was very knowledgable and understands video, sound and system design. I like that fact that he does the design, was on site with the installers while the job was done, and came at the end to fine tune/calibrate my system himself. The result was beyond my expectation. the sound/video is incredible, and the most important thing no media center/TV stand, no components everything is nicely hidden at the top of our coat closet in an unused space. 
Why did Lee stand out from the others?
He was very knowledgeable (I did an extensive research before and all his recommendations were spot on), honest and creative. He was involved in every step of the process His prices were competitive, and he didn't try to up-sell me more expensive stuff than what I needed, or already had. Also, Lee stuck to his final quote even though the job took longer that expected.
Finally, I have to respond to a negative review that someone wrote saying that Lee quoted  $800 for a universal remote. Obviously I wasn't part of their conversation, but I find it hard to believe b/c ALL the quotes I got from Lee were in writing by email and he
quoted me around $400 for a high end remote including his time to program it to my system. It is a shame that people can write inaccurate stuff and effect someone's reputation that way.

"It was fine. My computer was virus ridden and he worked on it for over an hour. He was a very nice gentleman and tried everything. At the end of the day my computer was not working. I do not blame him, he really tried his best. He came as soon as I called him. There were no additional charges. He was upfront about the money. He advised I reinstall the operating system and did not try to sell me anything."

"Ordered the coupon via angies list for this special, $99 for 2 hours of work. emailed the company with what I needed done. (I didn't call as it was not an immediate need).
It took a month or more for the company to contact me via phone - but as the coupon didn't expire for a few months, and the work I need done was not an emergency it was not a big deal. I could of called directly and would of if needed, and I am sure would of been responded to.
Joe called and we setup a date, On the date of work, however I had to call and found out there was a mix up when the
electrician did not appear on the time expected. Joe appologized and sent someone out within a few hours.
Most of the work was done within the 2 hour limit, but the thermostat that was brought did not work - so the electrician had to go to home depot up the street to purchase another.
The work was done and completed statisfactory. Matt was very polite answered questions, and cleaned up as nec.
My only issue was when scheduling and on the phone I did say what I wanted to be done with the thermostat, and that I did not have the new replacement as I did not know what to get. Not having a working part in the truck or addressing that issue first to go purchase - wasted time and money (as it went over my 2 hours) and coupon price -so I needed to spend an additional $115 over for time and materials.
