"Our experience with PS Window and Door was outstanding.  Leslie was great to work with.  She showed us multiple options and provided good suggestions, especially for our front door which was not a standard installation.  We also visited their showroom and got other good suggestions from the owner.  Their installation team was always on time and completed all the installations efficiently and professionally.  All the doors look great, fit great, and are a huge upgrade from what we have.  I would definitely use them again.  The "B" on price is only because we did not actually "shop" the job after meeting with Leslie and visiting their showroom.  We may have been able to get a better price, but we place a very high value on how a company interacts with us and our "gut feel" about how they will be when we let them into our home. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I had used Carlstrom before to do an overall remodel of house, but had overlooked the upstairs bathroom needing a shower. When I realized I needed this done I called Colton and Sean, who are both a delight to work with, and asked them if they could get it done by April 10 - about two weeks from time of phone call. The job was difficult because the bathroom was under the eaves, leaving no standing room for a shower. I talked it over with Colton for some time and we finally decided the best thing would be to install a dormer to make more space in the bathroom. Sean started work about one week later and he made everything very easy for me by going to Home Depot and looking at the tub and tiling options for me and picking up most of these things himself. When I realized I needed to add in a heater and skylight Sean took it all in stride. Best of all was the marmoleum floor I had just installed six weeks before came out without a scratch! Sean did an excellent job of protecting it despite all the plumbing, tiling, etc. I think Sean undercharged me for all the additional work he did, and on top of that he finished the project 3 days early. From the outside the dormer looks as if it were always part of my house (a 1912 bungalow in Wallingford)."

"After I requested the estimate, I received courteous phone calls to set up an appointment.  It was easy to setup an appointment that fit my requirement for a later afternoon meeting.  Discussion of the project at the initial meeting answered all my questions as to experience level of the team, the window product, how the windows would be removed and installed, lead time required and that they could frame an exterior frame as I wanted.  After comparing four estimates, I selected Pacific Home Improvement based on years of experience, detailed explanation of the process, licensed/insured/bonded, and competitive price.  As far as price goes, I would NOT call Sears again for anything home related since they were about double other reasonable estimates.  I placed a 50% deposit for the windows via credit card.  Several weeks later the windows were in and we scheduled the work with the renters.  The install looks fantastic.  I can’t imagine having a better install over what I got.  It’s very precise and clean inside and out.   Overall the install is perfect and the renters are totally happy.  I paid the balance on my credit card.  Super easy to do business with this team.  I anticipate using them again for other projects."

The house is beautiful and my wife loves the front door with the glass panels. We wanted the house done by the end of February so that it would be completed when we had the interior remodeled.  They started at the end of February and it was only to take a week. It lasted several weeks after that due to them not having enough workers on the job. That part was disappointing but when they were finished it looks fantastic.  They cleaned up all the old and new debris and when they were done you could not tell they had been there except that the house had new siding. Rich went the extra mile and even installed the electronic locks on the front and back doors. The cost was very fair and my contractor had said that we got a good deal.  We got estimates from three companies and the salesman for 2FL Mr. Carr threw in the front door for $500.

Would I recommend them to my friends and family and even strangers?  YES
