They had to be special made because of the size. He sent down 4 guys and in one day they removed and installed all of the windows cleaning up after themselves. It was a pretty big job so the next day they came back and finished the outside work. I had a recent back injury so one of the guys came in and installed 3 window treatments for me. The windows are so nice that I just go from room to room and look at them. Then I open and close the windows and look at them again. They slide and lock into place so easy.
