"I called Nick at 7:00pm on 2/17 and he answered immediately to my surprise! He was able to schedule me for a 1:30pm appointment the very next day where he showed up on time. After a quick run through we realized my problem was much simpler than we thought and he just serviced and lubed my garage door and motor as well as helping reset a passcode from the previous owners.
