"We needed our home updated in preparation to sell after having the same renters in it for 13 years. (Not a great situation for upkeep.) Before deciding on Custom Home Medic, we received one other estimate from a contractor recommended by our realtor which was the same cost but did not include any upgrades, only repairs. It was very general whereas Custom Home Medic was very specific & transparent in itemizing costs. We replaced bathroom flooring (4 baths), replaced kitchen countertop (tile) with granite, & added a backsplash.
