"Larry came to my house to see what was wrong with my washer and dryer. After taking a look at both, he advised me that they were not worth repairing. I would definitely call upon Larry again. He has a wicked sense of humor and a very comfortable way about him. He is honest and doesn't beat around the bush. It was a very pleasurable visit. Thank you Larry!"

"It's nice to hear the soothing hum of my dryer again. Brian was very a knowledgeable and efficient professional! Thank you for your service. ?"

"Turned out that the fix was simple -- but we wouldn't have known what to do without advice from the technician. Really appreciate the service and expertise! Only complaint was that the tech took unnecessary time asking about products we use in the dishwasher. We have no complaints about the quality of washing and drying we are getting, and we're committed to using products that don't scratch or perfume our dishes or harm the water supply. Technician asked what we use and told us to "throw that away" and use recommended products. I can understand that certain products are recommended with certain makes of appliances -- but it would have taken 20 seconds to tell us what the recommended products are without having our choices criticized. Overall, we were thrilled to be able to get sound advice/help over the phone. Thank you for offering this service! And we will definitely call again if we run into trouble."

"They checked with the manufacturer to make sure they were getting the right parts for the repair, then scheduled the repair once they received them. The tech fixed properly in one shot, and the company had very good customer service and communication! They are my new go-to appliance repair company. But I'm still hoping I won't need them lol!"

"Brandon was totally thoughtful with sharing his professional opinion with my dish washer. Appreciated the time he offered to me!"

"I contacted Angie for an installation for a drain pump, someone contacted me right away, an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Technician came, went right to work, installed the pump, tried out the washer, everything came out good, and I'm a happy camper. Thanks!"

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.
