"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"Outstanding professional service all around by N & J Plumbing from the moment I was contacted by Nick on a Saturday (when my water heater began leaking), who initially guided me on the phone as to the actions I needed to take to gradually stop the leak - until the replacement of my water heater on Monday by Nickâ s team."

"Great! Mark upgraded my tankless heater and an electrician he works with upgraded my electricity. I now have steamy hot water for showers!"

"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"Stephenson was conscientious in resolving our problem regarding a manufacturer’s defective kitchen faucet. He returned 4 times over a month to reinstall replacement parts as soon as we received them. He was knowledgeable, friendly, & efficient throughout the job.
