"We live in our back yard and needed an outdoor space with a large deck with a pergola and a patio. We had what we wanted in mind and Thomas Home Improvements made it look better than I imagined. We have two dogs and a toddler. They were fine with the dogs roaming the yard while they worked and when the Bassett hound wouldn't use the ramp they would pick him so he could get back in the house. Our son has been running around pretending to be the crew fixing things in the house. If the crew said they would be here they arrived at a reasonable time in the morning and kept construction debris cleaned up as the job went. When the inevitable remodeling issue would come up they keep us updated. This job is as done in a reasonable time frame given the amount of rain and snow we got during the time of construction.
