"I recently hired Lo's Contracting to (re)paint the outside of my house, including the shutters, window trim, and garage doors. Lo's had painted my house 14 years ago and the paint was still in pretty good shape (!!) but was starting to peel in places and had developed cracks between the cedar boards. As usual, Lo's Contracting did a fantastic job (special shout-out to Eliceo and his crew), performing above and beyond expectations. They dismantled my shutters and painted beneath them, power washed and painted difficult to reach places (e.g., behind large bushes) and were meticulous about the trim work. They even discovered (and promptly fixed) significant dry rot beneath the roof overhang, where a shingle had gone missing. Needless to say they were also on-time, professional, friendly, and made sure I was perfectly satisfied with the results of their work."

"I found R3J Residential Services through Angie’s List. Ron, the owner, was very prompt in scheduling a meeting to determine the scope of work and providing an estimate for that work - a master bathroom remodeling project. The project was comprised primarily of replacing our fiberglass shower with a tile- enclosed shower with a glass wall and door; replacing the flooring with luxury vinyl planks; replacing our built-in jetted tub with a standalone tub; replacing our double sink vanity cabinet; and replacing the toilet, mirror, and the light fixtures. His estimate was very reasonable and significantly less than an estimate we received from a design/build firm. To be fair to the design/build firm, Ron does not provide design services, but he can refer you to an interior designer he has worked with and he can also offer suggestions based on his experience in bathroom remodeling. Ron was very patient with us as we asked him a lot of questions about the remodel and design options, even before making a decision to hire him. Ron is cost conscious, but not to the point where he would use poor quality materials and products. He is willing to use more expensive materials if the client wants to spend that additional amount, but I found that the quality of the products and materials he uses to be of very high quality. After reading the reviews for R3J Residential Services on Angie’s List, which were all A’s, and meeting with Ron several times to discuss options and the finer details involved in a remodel, we decided to hire Ron to remodel our master bathroom. Ron was one of the best, if not the best, contractor we have ever had on any of our home projects. The quality of his work and professionalism is excellent. He gave us a schedule of when every major task was going to be done and he met that schedule. He was prompt in showing up at our house, cleaned up the work area every day, was very communicative as to what was going to be done and when it was going to be done, and very easy to talk to about the various aspects of the project. I also found him to be very trustworthy in our house. All of his subcontractors did excellent work. While all of the subs did excellent work, I want to mention that that the guy that tiled the shower turned our shower into a piece of art; it was that good. The quartz countertop installation was also excellent; I could not have asked for a better installation. I think the reason everything turned out so well was because Ron maintains a very high standard of work and hires subs that meet his high standard. I would hire Ron again in a heartbeat should I have any future home projects. I would strongly recommend R3J Residential Services for any home project."

"Excellent service! I called D & F because they had installed a kitchen faucet for me earlier this year and helped me with a bath tub leak. I was so impressed that I didn’t bother to call anyone else. James was professional — he asked questions and listened, and best of all fixed the problem. Afterwards he offered some advice about my system and taught me some simple things about plumbing I didn’t know. "I appreciated how methodical Jon-Marc was in diagnosing the problem behind the leak in the kitchen ceiling from the upstairs bathtub, which appeared at first to be a failed shower diverter. But, when, after removing the faucet, the physical evidence inside the wall did not match what he expected to see with that issue, he kept looking and testing. Eventually, he identified the real problem as a failed seal around the wall soap dish, which plumbers don't repair. However, he also established that there is nothing wrong with the bathtub plumbing, which is good to know. He installed a new diverter, as the old one was starting to fail. Jon-Marc was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and good at his job. He answered all my questions, explained what he would be doing, and stayed until the job was finished. He also kindly found that the leaking garbage disposal had rusted out. This was the second time I hired 3 Mountains Plumbing. I highly recommend the company and would hire them again."
