Get matched with top water heater repair or service pros in Shingle Springs, CA

"Great education from the tech. Professional and prompt. Unfortunately the water heater still isn’t working as well as it should"

"He was friendly, on time, and put in a new water heater. He showed me the weird old pipe he pulled out of the old water heater. It was good to know the new heater was installed and up to code."

"Platinum plumbing was very flexible, specific about requirements and excellent to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a standard water heater installed in place of a solar water heater."

"This wasnâ t a repair. It was a maintenance service. These ratings are primarily based on the technician who was great to work with."

"I would appreciate being offered the best value for the service required. Instead, I felt like I was being offered something I did not need. All I needed was a plunger replaced and I was out of town and could not do it myself. It was a simple fix, yet it was suggested I might actually consider replacing the entire toilet! I did appreciate the immediate response time and the same day repair and service very much. Knowing what I needed and still being charged almost 200 dollars for the five-minute installation with a ten dollar part felt unfair. Still, the ability to get someone immediately was great. For that, I thank you."

"They had a good program for heating and A/C like for $100 they come out and check in the fall to make sure the heating is running right and again in the spring to make sure the A/C is working right. They did their job. It was cheaper than anyone else and I got 2 services. The only thing they could do better is give me free heating and air conditioning."

"The tech that came to my home was the best out there. If you want any plumbing issue done right the first time, this is the place. Ask for Jeff; they don't come any better"

"We needed all the pipes replaced in our house. We also switched to a tankless water heater. Dustin came to give us an estimate and advise when they could start the project. We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. By the other positive reviews you guys are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work and it was a real pleasure doing business with you."
