For people who think they can paint (emphasis on myself), you will be amazed at what a difference professionals make.  I have done

"Awesome job. Highly recommend and will use them in the future. Purchased the roof inspection off Angie's list. They came and were on the roof in no time. We were told our nails hadn't been caulked, and he did a quick caulk (which may explain some water leakage we had). Did some minor repairs and was extremely friendly. All said and told in less than 15 minutes. We will need some new shingles soon, and I will definitely give them a call.

"We were above and beyond satisfied with Coopers Construction!  The owner, Josh was very easy to work with and his crew was equally as awesome!  Josh was always available to take phone calls if necessary and was on the worksite daily.  He and his crew showed up on time and worked all day!  The paint job on the outside of the house looks amazing, we have had several compliments on it from neighbors.  Each and every drop of paint (which was not many) was cleaned up and our house was left looking spotless.  Not only did he paint the house he repaired a gutter for us at little more then the cost of materials and even helped the moving crew with a large piece.  Our basement had a flooding issue upon move in as well, Josh really helped us figure out how to work with our insurance company and what steps needed to be taken in order to "fix" the problem.  I would use him a million times over for any type of contract work!"
