"After dealing with one other windows company delivering an aggressive sales push apparently characteristic for this industry, it was a pleasure to interact with Matt Rotondi, the owner. He provided all the information necessary, in addition the helpful online information, before making the sale, and there was no pressure for the more expensive models. He continued to be highly responsive and courteous even after we signed on the dotted line. The installation of 26 windows was done by a contracted team on the days it was scheduled to be done, and everything went well. The windows look very nice and provide the improved insulation we were hoping for. Obviously only time will tell how they hold up in the future, but I have full confidence that Matt will honor the warranty that should cover any potential issues. After the installation, one of the windows was hard to open and another one had a very small dent, probably from the delivery, but he fixed both issues without discussion. I recommend Zen Windows without any hesitation."

"Everyone, office, estimator (Fred), installers was very professional. We were very happy choosing them, 1, Very accommodating arranging estimate. 2. Even challenging areas were not a problem. 3. Called day before to confirm service provider names. 4. Called after to make sure we were satisfied. 5. Everything was kept very neat. 6. Insisted on replacing screen that had small amount of foam on it."

"Danny and his partner installed all 8 windows in 3-1/2 hours. They where both very professional and courteous. Left all areas inside and out very clean. Very, very impressed with there professionalism and courtesy. Danny and I found a small scratch on 1 window between the 2 panes. Danny is ordering a new upper window and assured me it will be replaced in about 3 weeks. When Danny returns I will also show him I am having a problem latching one of the bedroom windows. "From my initial meeting with Phil Coleman,owner, to the installation, everything was very professional. The windows that were installed today (10/31/18) are very high quality (triple pane) and sealing the window system in place was done with great expertise. The new windows open easily and there is a screen on the outside for ventilation. The original windows were in a steel frame embedded in the concrete foundation and the windows were no longer able to close for a tight seal plus some of the window panes were cracked. Our basement will be much warmer now. I had trouble finding a company that would do this small job but Phil said no job is too small for them. I would highly recommend this company-they do big jobs and small jobs. Phil presented copies of several reference letters that were very impressive."

We worked with John in ordering the windows, and he went through all the details numerous times to ensure we got what we wanted. He even met us at the showroom on a Saturday to fit with our schedule. "We chose to bid out a project on our new home by bringing in 5 contractors to give us quotes. We purposely did not reveal what our budget was because we wanted to give each of them a chance to come in at a fair number to both us and them. Thomas was very prompt. Generally I feel that we had a good meeting with him. He seemed knowledgeable, but did also seem overwhelmed with the scale of the project we needed done. At some point he mentioned that paint for the full interior could be $30,000 which was a little alarming (actual cost now that project is almost done was $10K). So there were some concerns about how his estimate would come in. Additionally, he was somewhat judgmental (at times awkwardly so) about some of our design decisions - like adding a stained glass window to the top of an interior wall. Now that all of those design elements have been implemented we continue to be thrilled with our decisions. At the end of the day, Thomas decided the project wasn't for him. He didn't say why, but I don't think we meshed well together anyway and the project was just simply massive. We ended up going with a contractor who has a lot of experience gutting entire homes. I would consider using Thomas for a smaller renovation like a bathroom or kitchen."

"Based on Angi reviews, we hired Greater Boston Roofing to replace our roof. Project Manager Jeff Nieves was great to work with, provided a very timely estimate, and came out twice to meet and plan. His communication was excellent and accurate. I took a photo of a house with a specialize shingle and Jeff met with owner to learn more about the brand. He researched and learned the shingle was no longer manufactured but he searched further and found a CertainTeed shingle which was a really close match. The crew did a fabulous job and we are really impressed with the quality of the work. They finished in a day and left the site impeccable! Donny was the site foreman and he was great communicating status updates, supervised the workers well and followed up in a timely manner. This is a great company because they are responsive, they provide a high quality of service and they care about the work and doing a great job. I would hire them again."
