When the issue recurred on Thursday, I was able to document error codes, and another tech found the problem that afternoon. I asked to expedite the part from Dallas so that a repair could be on Monday, rather than Tuesday. The supplier shipped the wrong part, which was only determined when the tech was out at our house on Monday. Too late to ship the part from Little Rock, the repair was not completed until Wednesday (day 6). While the service is professional, the lack of urgency or proactive communication is striking for a company that proudly advertises its A rating. We will look at other providers for a maintenance contract and eventual system replacement."
