"I am so happy with the job J. Millett has done on our bathroom remodel. He has taken special attention to every detail I want to be just right. His crew has always shown up on time, they've been very courteous, and kept the work area and walking in an out of the house clean and protected from messes and debris. Everyone has been friendly and very knowledgeable at their job position. Everything happened in a timely manner and the end result is better than I imagined. I referred J. Millett to my parents for their future remodels and will continue to refer him to anyone I hear looking for a top notch contractor. I am beyond pleased with the job he has done. And he's such a great guy to top it off. Its been a joy working with him and his crew. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Overall the job took the better part of a week and from our perspective was a success.  Ryan worked with us in selecting
the right color for the stain.  He carefully removed and replaced the numerous potted plants we had on the deck and left
the work area in a clean condition.  The patio and balcony look great and our only regret is that we didn't do it earlier."
