"I was able to get the work scheduled quickly. The two workers were right on time. Good communication about what to expect. They did a great job sanding and painting exterior doors and trim. They had to move some items in the garage to get to the door, and put everything back just as it was. They cleaned up everything when finished. The workers were polite and respectful and kept me informed as they worked. Will definitely use Tri State again. Very happy with the quality work they performed."

"I hired Integrity 1st Roofing in September 2017 to replace my roof. I had a great experience working with the Shaun, the Production Manager. Everything was in writing and done to my satisfaction. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!

"I had this work done s few months ago and just found out that they are on Angie's List. I called their office and Bill was able to come out the same day for an estimate. he walked around the house and gave me a fair price and I agreed to have it done. While doing the washing, ( I was watching ) there was a lot of wood rot that was found. I called Bill and he came out to check on his guys and loot at the rotted wood. He gave me a very fair price to replace all of the wood hat was rotted and the work was all done over the next few days. After the replacement he had his guys paint the new wood and you cant tell where it was replaced. Just goes to show, there are still good guys out there who will go the extra mile to make a customer happy. they are coming back in a next week to wash my driveway and sidewalks,"

"When I posted the job request on Angie’s List, Shawn (the owner of the company) responded within minutes The other companies, the BIG GARAGE DOOR COMPANIES didn’t bother responding, -at all. My experience with these BIG companies over the years has been that they act like they are doing you a favor, setting up an appointment and showing up. They don’t need your business. Shawn, arrived on time, inspected our 22 year old garage door opener and clearly explained our options. As I expected, it didn’t make sense to repair the old garage door opener. We installed a new garage door opener and it has worked flawlessly since installed. I am pleasantly surprised at how smooth and quiet my new garage door opener is. Also, the additional lighting it provides in my garage nicely lights up the area where my tools and work area is."

"The entire crew was pleasant and professional. They all had on painter’s whites, which was professional looking. None of them were rude whatsoever; they were all very easy to get along with. They worked fast and they knew how to close out the job. Clean up daily was performed also. Having an older house presents lots of issues. They even covered up mistakes made by our last contractor (student painters) so it was an over all, very well done job. And, to make it a higher degree of difficulty, we changed colors drastically. They also took our front door from bright red to a transparent stain. So that skill set is there as well. So a 2,500 square foot home and all trim, a 700 square foot, two level deck with two staircases, and a front door strip and refinish under 6 grand. Very pleased. I did not include a photo only because there is sawdust on the house from the tornado; which him and his crew also wanted to help clean up!"
