I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. He did change the drain from the sump pump and ran it across the ceiling and placed the drain to empty into the dry creek bed.
