"My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. The toilet required a cannister chain adjustment. To fix the Dishmaster, he tightened the packing nut and handle to stop the dripping. In the basement, he tightened the packing nuts for the main and hose bib shutoffs. Then, he tested the sump pump and declared it operational (recommending battery replacement between five to seven years). The most complicated issue: the outside faucets require replacement hose bibs, which I'll schedule for spring. In the meantime, my other problems were solved in under an hour. Thanks Rob!"
